Lindsay is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business at Texas A&M University. She received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. As a student, she trained extensively in sensory processing disorders at a private occupational therapy clinic. While completing her graduate work, Lindsay made weekly home visits to multiple children who received therapy at Theraplayy Associates. She provided opportunity to further their performance skills, social skills and independence, under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Intervention included play therapy and handwriting tutoring using a multisensory approach. Lindsay has always been devoted to helping individuals perform at their highest potential. She has provided countless hours of volunteer work to a non-profit afterschool program that provides a safe haven and academic support to at-risk children living in low-income neighborhoods and was also honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Award for volunteering over 600 hours assisting students attending Texas A&M University at the crisis counseling program.
